Excellent pastry chef, very good products, excellent but... honestly too expensive. Five large pastries, thirteen euros, the average is two euros and fifty each. It seems a bit excessive to me.

Rustico leccese very good. The pasticciotti are wonderful. But the real discovery was the parigina, a real delicacy! To go back!

If it were possible to add a star, well, for the Franchini pastry shop, I would certainly do so. It is a traditional pastry shop, without frills and superstructures, which would be useless here, and where the desserts are good. A traditional pastry shop where the flavors are intense and full-bodied, where the emotions on the palate are the right ones. Excellent experience, in this historic pastry shop in Lecce, not too far from the Castle. Kindness and hospitality as exquisite as the delicacies tasted: from the superlative pasticciotto to the excellent cassata and parisian. No photos, just some paper because I'm too intent on savoring the goodness! Congratulations, highly recommended!
