Want a pastiera? Fiore! Fancy a caprese? Fiore is definitely there! Not far from the hustle and bustle of work and tourism, an old, unassuming pastry shop, churning out a few products (mainly caprese and pastiere), has been quietly working for decades with passion, following traditional recipes.

I went to this pastry shop to buy some Christmas sweets. I must say that the prices are quite low, but the quality is equally low. The "roccocó" had only traces of almonds, one of the main ingredients, while the "pastiera" was still soaked in water 10 days after I bought it. It weighed 1.5 kg, but I believe more than 500 g of that was water, serving only for weight. A huge disappointment.
