A go-to bar in Grugliasco, excellent and reliable in everything they offer. Starting with breakfast, they're always well-stocked with delicious pastries and coffee. They also offer aperitifs with a platter of everything, filled with treats to pair with a properly made spritz. The pastry service is also excellent; the pastries are fresh and delicious, and you can choose from a wide variety of desserts. Not to mention the cakes; we rely on them for every birthday, holiday, and occasion; their service is impeccable, with cakes of all kinds always delicious. For our graduation celebrations, we also chose them for savory catering, with mini pizzas, sandwiches, paninis, and pretzels. The food was excellent, all fresh and delicious, at reasonable prices. Finally, I'd like to highlight the kindness and friendliness of the staff, especially the owner Lorenzo, but also all the other staff.

13/02/2026: I often go to Trattoria Ichnusa for lunch, and it's become a regular occurrence. The lunch menu is the highlight: fair prices, generous portions, and traditional Sardinian and Italian dishes prepared simply yet deliciously. I've tried both the first courses (the Sardinian gnocchetti are excellent when available) and the meat-based second courses several times, and I've always been satisfied. The food is good and you leave feeling full. The service is fast and friendly, perfect for those with limited time during their work break. The atmosphere is that of a true trattoria, without frills: simple and informal, yet welcoming. At midday, it's often crowded, so arrive early or make a reservation. I recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine place, good value, and a family atmosphere. It's a surefire lunchtime treat. The seadas are worth the trip!

We stopped by SbricioLollo before Vasco's concert and we couldn't have made a better choice! 😍 Really delicious sandwiches, pizzas and focaccias: fragrant, tasty and prepared with care. You can immediately feel the passion! Perfect for a quick but tasty break. And then... the staff is simply fantastic! Very kind, friendly and always smiling. They made us feel at home, with that positive energy that immediately puts you in a good mood. A simple, genuine and warm place. If you pass by the stadium area, you can't miss it.
