10/02/2025: I'll start by making a premise. The pizza is extraordinary, really good and with quality ingredients and all the people I brought to try it confirmed this. But last night at dinner with my parents something went wrong. 1: we waited an hour for the pizzas due to a problem with the oven. Problems can happen but the customer should be notified either upon arrival or promptly without the customer himself asking for the matter as happened after half an hour. 2: cleanliness of the room, good but not very good. The place is clean but when you looked up you noticed some noticeable cobwebs. I recommend more careful cleaning. 3: the digital-only menu. I have no problems with digital, in fact I appreciate it because it avoids unnecessary waste of paper. But for customers who are not very technological and who do not have a modern smartphone, you as a restaurateur cannot exclude them. At the checkout the owner replied to me in an annoyed tone. “We change the menu every day, we can't print it every day”. Ok, I accept it, but at least prepare a tablet for those who want it or don't have the possibility of accessing the digital menu. Having said that, Pizza Lab is one of the best pizzas in Vicenza and the surrounding area. So I recommend it.
