Sono stata in questa caffetteria in un mercoledì di dicembre, quando a Borghetto era quasi tutto chiuso e spento..mi ha dato una svolta alla giornata: tantissima scelta di dolci per la colazione, tra cui molte alternative vegetali da me gradite! Tutto buonissimo. Prezzo brioche un po' più alto della media ma più che meritato!!

Da 10 e lode per qualità e cortesia. Il bombolone migliore del mondo, tanto leggero che dimentichi subito di averlo mangiato e che crea dipendenza! Non da poco l'accoglienza che è SEMPRE col sorriso. Pasticceria/caffetteria non centralissima ma vale la pena fermarsi!

Crumbly delicate croissant, excellent cream

The rating is the average between the 5 stars I give to the goodness of the cake and 1 star to the staff. I order a 1kg birthday cake with a photo to print by phone (two calls three days apart, first for information and then final confirmation). I immediately ask if the photo includes an additional price and they answer no. I would also like to point out that it is not necessary to write 'best wishes', name of the birthday girl and age on the cake because they are already printed in the photo. Upon collection I find a beautiful and decorated cake. The lady at the cash register immediately said she had to make a phone call to the pastry chef to check if there were decorations to pay for separately. Once the conversation is over, he weighs the cake and it weighs 1.5 kg, of which probably 200g of decorations. He tells us the price (which in itself is already 50% greater than the requested weight) and adds "with the decorations it's 4 euros more". Surprised, I explain to the lady that we did not request the decorations separately and that the cost was already increased due to the additional weight, especially given by those same decorations. She then replies "at this point, to avoid unpleasant inconveniences, I won't make you pay for the decorations, I will tell the pastry chef what you said" followed by a prolonged dirty look directed at me. I didn't want to respond at that moment, but that lady should know that I can respond to her in a public review and that the pastry chef risks having fewer cakes to prepare due to certain words and looks at customers that are certainly not suitable for his role. As for the cake, really good, I would have really gladly given it 5 stars. Sin.

Small place but ear-licking pastry shop

Excellent pastry shop. Really good birthday cake, fresh and perfectly decorated. I also recommend brioche!
