I have been living outside Sardinia for over 20 years,,, Every year I bring my family to my land because we are now in love with it, and we regularly stop at the dolce isola pastry shop by guido and Sara,, because after having spent a lifetime touring Italian and foreign kitchens I can confirm that I have found something abnormal in the products and flavors, something that few palates could be able to savor,, flavors that make you lose your sense of direction,, flavors that are the envy of many pastry shops in the world,,,, I can say that many senseless criticisms can only be made by those who are used to eating bread and onion every day because they don't even know how to cook a fried egg....
