The sweet pastry shop not only fills my eyes with wonderful cakes and pastries that leave me speechless, but also manages to sublimate my palate with the sweet and refined taste of its products. The staff is as wonderful as their desserts. If you want to be tempted like me, let yourself be tempted.... the result is guaranteed. Happy dessert everyone

I was enchanted by Pasticceria Dolce Isola in Simaxis! It is truly an oasis of sweetness where every dessert, even the most innovative ones, is made with top quality raw materials. The courtesy of the staff is impeccable and the environment is always clean and welcoming. I can vouch for the reliability of their products. What to say. We got some delicious Sardinian desserts and even after days, but what can I say... they didn't arrive the next day. All very good. Very kind staff. I recommend to everyone+++++

21/10/2024: Great shop, the pizzas were delicious. The vegetarian ones were with delicious grilled vegetables, the cheese was nice and spicy, the dough was perfect. It's nice to see how the professionals work in the wood oven. Many locals order there and pick up the pizzas. Speaks for good quality. Sitting outside offers more “Bosa charm” than in the restaurant. The only thing that was annoying was the cutlery, the ends of the knives were angular and because the knives were blunt, a lot of pressure had to be applied. Well, complaining at a high level 😁

12/09/2024: Capitati li per caso, molte attività erano chiuse. Mangiata una pizza con salamino piccante e gorgonzola sottile e croccante come piace a me e a mia moglie, peccato che la pasta fosse un po' insipida. Comunque vale la pena andarci. Ci tornerò per provare la pizza ai fiori di zucca....mai conosciuta.
12/09/2024: Locale con arredamento nella norma, personale molto cordiale, professionale e simpatico. Pizza fantastica molto buona. Sicuramente da ritornare. Bravi!!
