I discovered this pastry shop in my greedy wandering... Fine pastry (search for aromas, taste, colour) has its own identity, there is research and it shows. It doesn't just offer typical/classic desserts that can be found almost everywhere. You can feel the quality of the ingredients, a sense of balance/sharpness on the palate. The cakes are excellent. The quality is unquestionable and has remained unchanged, the prices have significantly increased, perhaps because the area is now a tourist destination, but it is now a commercial attitude common to almost everyone in the area.

Esta pastelería es justo lo que se necesitaba en Nápoles, se puede elegir entre pasteles tradicionales y modernos e innovadores. Los ingredientes son de primera calidad y la bollería es muy fresca. Me encantó el mignon de Pina Colada, no puedo esperar a volver a probar su Tarte Tatin. El personal es muy servicial y educado, realmente no puedo recomendar lo suficiente.
