Excellent and welcoming place. The cakes and pastries are good. The only flaw, from my point of view, is the babas. Pastry shop to try. One of the best in Tortona and surrounding areas.

Very popular place throughout the day, both by local customers and passing customers like me. Availability of excellent brioches and equally good pastries. I periodically go to Tortona and will definitely return

12/12/2024: I have yet to find a place with food this fresh. I would give it 6 stars. It's a shame for Adriano who gives away membership cards at the end of the year and if you show up for a sandwich he replies absolutely no, what do you want? I have to eat...
16/11/2024: Generally in business lunches there are abundant first courses and just enough second courses of decent quality but nothing special. At the rustic, abundant first courses, equally abundant second courses of excellent quality and it definitely goes beyond the classic spaghetti with meat sauce and breaded steak with chips. Mention for the agnolotti with roast sauce and for the artichoke tagliatelle for the first courses and for the grilled liver with endive and for the stewed pork cheeks. Excellent desserts. All for €15 with 13 desserts without. Then there is the à la carte menu with adequate prices. From Tuesday to Sunday lunch and dinner closed on Mondays.

30/01/2025: I went on Saturday 25th January to take part in the dinner show as well as the murder mystery show The dinner was good, except the meat was served cold and wasn't the best. The show was enjoyable and entertaining
27/12/2024: Amazing Christmas lunch We went to Cappelverde's Christmas lunch. What can I say? Which is always a guarantee of quality, friendliness and hospitality. Going to this place really means feeling at home, the owners, in addition to knowing how to cook and using excellent raw materials, know how to welcome and make you feel pampered from start to finish, even with 70 people in the room. The dining room staff is very kind, attentive and polite even when faced with embarrassing situations. Fabulous starters, the agnolotti are always the best, not to mention the perfectly cooked risotto. By the second I was packed...my children shared it😂 The panettone pudding was amazing, I found a place for that! Casa Cappelverde, as they like to call themselves, truly smells like grandma's house. Highly recommended! It's a crime not to go
