I often go to this bar during university, but the last experience was really disappointing. It was a Friday morning around 9.30, the place was quite crowded, but this does not justify the behavior of a waitress, a foreign girl with an Eastern accent, who seemed visibly annoyed by every request. I asked for a Nutella croissant, but was told that it wasn't available, so I asked if it was possible to fill an empty one, the answer was a dry, annoyed "no", without even attempting an alternative solution. Throughout the morning, he maintained a surly attitude towards everyone, even treating an elderly lady and some of my friends badly. When it came time to pay, same situation: zero courtesy, looks of superiority and when I asked for a simple glass of water, it seemed like he was doing me a favor. I understand that moments of intense work can be stressful, but if you work in contact with the public, a minimum of kindness and courtesy is essential. Unfortunately, this time the experience was far from what I expected in a bar that we frequent with pleasure and where I usually find available and nice girls.
