Pasticceria de Regibus In Genova

For me the best pastry shop in Genoa! Top cannoli, super custard, and also other pastries, creams, brioches, fruit cakes (especially those with berries) and pastiera. Excellent coffee and cappuccino too. At Christmas their handcrafted and decorated pandoros are truly a delight. Well done!!

Renovated it is even more beautiful! I ate a pistachio and vanilla Bavarian cream that I would define as sublime, perhaps the best I have tasted so far! Thin and crunchy shortcrust pastry shell, small square of very fine dark chocolate inside and Bavarian cream with a velvety consistency, very balanced and not too sweet! Well done!!!
