A must-stop! The ricotta cannoli and granitas are superb. I'm from Catania, and here I discovered the jasmine and ricotta flavors; the former tastes lemony, the latter is delicate.

I was in Palermo and came to Trapani to visit the city, which is gorgeous, and with the goal of stopping by the ATOMICA pastry shop!!! Try everything: amazing. The almond granita—the almond pieces, not the syrup—makes it fabulous. It should be included in the tourist guide!

Artisanal products that have delighted the people of Trapani and all the tourists who pass through the historic center of this beautiful city for many years.
A place steeped in history and a part of tradition.
The granitas and desserts are made with very natural ingredients.
A small note: this granita isn't creamy, but with crystallized ice, a bit like it was made long ago.
Recommended, especially for breakfast, with the traditional brioche to dip into the granita or enjoy with gelato.

Recommended by locals for its granitas, considered the best, in the heart of Trapani, we arrived at this pastry shop located on a street in the historic center. It was evening, and they didn't serve tables, but there was a sign saying "Free self-service"—perfect, no problem. Unfortunately, when we went to pay, the price was the same as table service: €16 for three granitas and one gelato. A bit too high for Trapani's average prices.
The granita, served in a plastic cup, was good but not exceptional; we've had better.

In realtà è stato una delusione....

In una viuzza parallela a via Torrearsa, dove c'è la porta oscura, c'é questa antica pasticceria, al costo di soli 3€ gusterete uno dei cannoli più buoni che abbiate mai mangiato. La particolarità è che se ordini un cannolo non è che lo trovi esposto, no, te lo riempiono direttamente al momento. E così gusti la ricotta appena messa nel cannolo e le tue papille gustative le senti vibrare e capisci che quei soldi per quella bontà sono anche pochi. Io ci sono andato per ben 2 volte e ho detto tutto.
