I booked a nearby restaurant (trattoria il Risottino a Bracchio) for my wife's birthday to get away from the "usual" Milan I ordered a simple millefeuille with two layers of creams, chantilly + chocolate for the kids The creams were delicious and not overly sweetened, and the pastry was perfect The price was also astonishing: 1.5kg for a total of €34!!! You pay a minimum of €60 for the same cake in Milan... and that doesn't mean it's equally good Highly recommended and honest

This is a hidden gem in Verbania. The best pastries (pasticcini) I ever ate. They are sooo delicious. We came here to our family in vacation and this is the place to go when we are craving for something sweet. There are a lot of choices to choose from. This is a family owned business where everything is cooked to perfection. We returned after 4 years and all is the same, freshness, deliciousness, very good prices. Year after year, the perfection is still there.
