Well what can I say, a point of reference for citizens and tourists, a dessert boutique with attention to detail and a logical thread.

3 stars which are the average of 5 stars referring to quality, cleanliness and courtesy. And 1 star refers to the price. €1.60 for a brioche with custard... Shocking, I'm not from Faenza but I think you can find the same quality in the surrounding area at normal prices.
After you years I add a star, the prices have increased, but in my opinion so has the quality

Splendid place, what was needed for a dull and obsolete centre.
Very high quality, finally no frozen pasta, excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent pastry shop!! High prices, but I recognize the value. I'm sorry that brown and chocolate panettone isn't a must have on my table at Christmas, this year I chose that of another very good pastry chef. I tried it with black cherries and chocolate and it is not comparable to maron glacé and chocolate. Sin.

To the eye, the place is very refined but still makes all guests feel at ease. The mignons chosen did not meet expectations, even though we recognize their quality. Very cheerful and welcoming staff. Looking around we are struck by sweets and savory options that we have not tried, so we will return, ready to change our minds about food.

Quando vengo a Faenza, impossibile resistere. Ottima pasticceria-gioielleria che dà piena soddisfazione al gusto e alla vista. Ma...
Purtroppo se un mignon - che è davvero mignon - nel 2021 costava 1,20 e già era caro per le mie tasche, ora ne costa 1,60. Altro appunto, come detto anche da altri, va fatto al servizio. Evidentemente "grazie, prego, buongiorno, arrivederci" non sono compresi nel prezzo. Peccato non potere dare pieni voti.
