Excellent pastry shop!! High prices, but I recognize the value. I'm sorry that brown and chocolate panettone isn't a must have on my table at Christmas, this year I chose that of another very good pastry chef. I tried it with black cherries and chocolate and it is not comparable to maron glacé and chocolate. Sin.
Also tried the Colomba, it's delicious!!!!!!
Excellent pastry shop with a refined and hospitable environment by a trained staff. The quality of the products is truly superior.
Nothing that isn't very good, from sweet to savory. And finally the coffee is excellent too

Le proposte sono semplicemente deliziose: dai classici cornetti fragranti alle torte artigianali curate nei minimi dettagli, fino ai mignon e alle monoporzioni che sono vere opere d'arte. Ogni dolce è realizzato con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità, e si sente la passione dei pasticceri in ogni morso.

3 stars which are the average of 5 stars referring to quality, cleanliness and courtesy. And 1 star refers to the price. €1.60 for a brioche with custard... Shocking, I'm not from Faenza but I think you can find the same quality in the surrounding area at normal prices.
After you years I add a star, the prices have increased, but in my opinion so has the quality

Splendid place, what was needed for a dull and obsolete centre.

Pasticceria eccellente situata in posizione centrale a Faenza. Nel locale troverete un grande assortimento di dolce e salato, cioccolateria e altro in base al periodo. La qualità è altissima e il bancone in cui sono esposti i prodotti rimarrà impresso a lungo nei vostri occhi e nei vostri pensieri. Altro punto di forza della pasticceria è il personale, cortese e sempre sorridente. Alberto, il barman, prepara eccellenti cocktail coreografici, dategli carta bianca e vi stupirà.
