When you go there, you already know the prices are higher than other places in downtown Imola... you expect top-notch service... which unfortunately isn't there.
The staff is young and inadequately trained, the coffee is good, the Black Forest cake is very nice, and the macarons are practically tasteless.
What a shame.

Simply a world apart: breakfast like dark chocolate in a cup with cream and assorted mignon, there is nothing better in FAENZA, ALWAYS SUPER SUBLIME FOR YEARS! TOP OF TOP. Very good.

A stellar pastry shop. Unfortunately, the place is quite small and often very crowded. The desserts, pastries, and small pastries are truly top-notch. Parking is available a little further along, in front of the church. Highly recommended; I'll be back often!

A high-end pastry shop and bar, from the staff to the meticulously curated and original space, housed in the entrance hall of a historic building, not to mention the Mignon pastries, each one better than the last.
You come in to enjoy and taste something wonderful, without worrying about when the bill will arrive. It might mean you'll be back once less, but it's worth it.

Be wary of negative and unkind reviews (probably written by those who own nearby businesses). The place is gorgeous, even though I was very fond of the old Bacchilega. Quality products, friendly, young staff. Finally, a place in Imola where I can feel comfortable. Truly top-notch. Yes, the prices are definitely higher, but I'm one of those people who prefers spending more for quality.

The signature is there and it's everywhere: in the sign, on the cups, around the walls of the shop, in the photos... but above all in the beauty of the desserts (and obviously the deliciousness) that you can enjoy either for breakfast at the tables near the counter or in the "regal" room, served by charming and professional young people. Each season has its "theme"; obviously, November/December has its own panettone. Try it!

Absolutely exceptional pasticceria with pastries, sweets, desserts, ice creams in a class of their own. Everything of the highest quality, including fabulous coffee. The service is also warm and friendly. Occasionally they also serve lunch. We were lucky enough to be there for this and will remember our meal forever. Outstanding freshness of ingredients, creative and imaginative interpretation of classic dishes. Really a privilege to have food if this quality. Lucky Faenza. Don’t miss Sebastian’s Caridi and his brilliant team if you’re in the area.
