I have read some negative reviews which may be there, but honestly I find them unfounded, personally I find the Di Rosa pastry shop excellent in its field, in fact they have and continue to only improve, hats off!

My review is on the panettone. I am a lover of artisanal panettone. I taste it from all the master pastry chefs every year. From Di Costanzo, Fiasconaro, Masulli and many others who I won't mention. This year I got their berry panettone. It didn't excite me that much. The leavened one can also work, but the combination with the vanilla cream is very unsuccessful. Very sweet cream that prevails over everything, especially the berries which should be the main element. We ate it without cream and it's not bad. This is my personal taste.

Superior pastry shop, lover of tradition and innovation, the staff is divided into desserts of memories and innovations, especially for the little ones.
In this pastry shop a dessert is made that has a long history, a basket of puff pastry with cream and black cherry which for me is the best.
My grandfather bought it for me when he took me to the vomero.
The creams and doughs are the best you could ask for, plus cakes of all types and during the holiday season nothing is ever missing.
I am an employee with a passion for pastry making. I would go there to work for free to be involved like the passion of the owner and founding father of this excellence.

If it weren't for the diet, it would be a regular stop every day I return home!!
