We like to joke that gorizia is our second home, and whenever we find ourselves here we come to chantilly, staff is super friendly, pastries are phenomenal and coffee, please dont get me started:D

Welcoming and very nice girls. Excellent table service. We found the place on Instagram, I can't help but notice that the IG page is poorly maintained and updated. Good coffee. For the rest all is well.

Really nice place with very friendly staff, it's a shame that I went there specifically for the pastries and was a little disappointed. The chocolate cream puff was a little dry and I wasn't crazy about the cream inside, while the fruit basket wasn't bad, but the pastry was very moist and therefore destroyed as soon as I lifted the pastry from the saucer. Prices normal.

Excellent pastry shop in the center of Gorizia The coffee is also excellent. Young and very courteous staff. The cream puffs with Chantilly cream and the maltagliati with zabaglione cream are very good

Hosteria del Castello

02/06/2025: L'Osteria al Castello non è solo un ristorante, è un'esperienza completa dove la buona cucina si sposa con un ambiente mozzafiato. Un luogo dove gustare piatti tradizionali eccellenti e vivere un'atmosfera magica in mezzo alla natura. Il vero punto di forza di questa osteria è senza dubbio la possibilità di mangiare all'esterno nello splendido giardino, in una cornice idilliaca che rende l'esperienza non solo un pasto, ma un vero e proprio momento di benessere. Venendo al cibo, le aspettative sono state pienamente ripagate. I tagliolini al tartufo sono stati un trionfo di sapori. Non da meno gli spaghetti alla carbonara, preparati con maestria e rispetto della tradizione, dimostrando la cura e la qualità degli ingredienti utilizzati.
14/04/2025: Siamo stati recentemente per l'aperitivo all'Hosteria al Castello, località Spessa, Capriva del Friuli (GO). Data la bella giornata, ci siamo seduti ad un tavolo esterno. Tutto è estremamente curato e pulito, il paesaggio è paradisiaco e potrebbe tranquillamente competere con le blasonate colline toscane o le zone del Franciacorta; nonostante si respiri ovviamente un'atmosfera un poco elitaria, il benvenuto è cordiale e gentile. Consiglio gli ottimi vini della linea Collio, in particolare la ribolla gialla (sia ferma che spumantizzata) e il Sauvignon. I prezzi sono concorrenziali ed è anche possibile comprare i vini nello shop dedicato. Buonissimo il tagliere (€ 13 a persona) di salumi misti locali e formaggio, con fragrante pane a fette che viene riservito su richiesta. Complimenti per tutto!

03/08/2025: The bar is located in the town center, so finding parking nearby isn't easy due to its location and the proximity to homes, the post office, the town hall, and other services. The place is small but charming, and their specialties are their desserts and drinks. It's a bit pricey, but that's okay, as they use quality products for both their drinks and pastries. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly (though not necessarily). If I could offer constructive criticism for this bar, I'd say they should provide outdoor seating. There's a covered area, but if you go in the summer, when it's scorching hot, the sun shines right there. In the winter, however, the outdoor seating is perfect, sheltering you from the wind and rain!
24/05/2025: We asked Tania if they could make us a wedding cake and at every stage of the process she was always courteous, helpful and professional. We opted for a series of individual cakes (Bronx) to be placed on a branched cake stand and the result was perfect both in terms of taste and aesthetics, refined and impeccable! We received compliments from all the guests, some of whom also appreciated how the pastry shop accommodated us for some dietary needs.
