I loro dolci sono una vera sinfonia di gusto: freschi, equilibrati, preparati con ingredienti di altissima qualità e una cura quasi artigianale. Ma se c’è una cosa che merita una menzione speciale, è senza dubbio il millefoglie. Un capolavoro di leggerezza e golosità: la sfoglia è croccante e friabile, con una doratura perfetta che si scioglie in bocca. La crema pasticcera è vellutata, profumata e dolce al punto giusto, in perfetto equilibrio con la delicatezza della sfoglia. Questa pasticceria non delude mai. Un luogo dove la tradizione incontra l’eccellenza, e dove ogni dolce ha qualcosa da raccontare. Ma il millefoglie... quello è spettacolare

Beautiful pastry shop in the heart of the Sassi of Matera, clean and tidy, I looked at the typical dessert of Matera, the Tetta delle monache, sponge cake filled with Chantilly cream.

Purchased millefeuille at Punto Via Ugo Ojetti for €48. Nothing to do with the old millefeuille from Via Nemorense which was stuffed. Now the cream is optional. DISAPPOINTMENT

We asked for a very large millefeuille cake with strawberries and Chantilly cream. Home delivery. Order by telephone, payment by bank transfer. Everything perfect!!!! Absolute and well-placed trust. All repaid with an excellent product. Delicious, fresh, compact strawberries. Not a cheap product but a creation of the highest quality and taste which amply justified the expense. Thank you!!!! We will definitely come back to delight ourselves with your cakes.

30/05/2025: 31/12/2022 I spent New Year here with my ex-girlfriend, it's almost been three years. The steak was delicious, and the waiter enthusiastically explained the red wine and steak, which was great. I will go there again when I go to Italy.
23/05/2025: My first visit to Al Vero Girarrosto Toscana dates back to 2011, and I remember it fondly. However, returning recently was an even more delightful experience than I recalled. This restaurant hasn't just maintained its high standards; it has surpassed them. The moment we walked in, we were met with exceptional care and warmth. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. This level of attentiveness, combined with the superb food, made such an impression that we felt compelled to return not once, but twice, during our Rome trip. It's rare to find a place that consistently delivers such a memorable dining experience. Al Vero Girarrosto Toscana is, without a doubt, a must-visit for anyone seeking outstanding Tuscan cuisine and impeccable service in Rome.

19/05/2025: Very beautiful historic place, very good and tasty top quality products, brioches, pastries, cappuccinos and coffee are truly exceptional (what I tried) and I bet the rest of what they offer that I have not yet tried is also very tasty. Sunny, kind and friendly staff. A must-see when visiting Finale Ligure. I recommend trying the cold maroccan, it is something exceptional 🔝 Keep it up, thanks.
