Very good pastry shop, very nice and spacious, with tables inside, on the veranda, and outside. The staff at the counter are friendly, although some of them lack a bit of experience in dealing with customers (both here and at the Besana location), but it's something you can learn from. :)

The pastries were brought home and all the guests were super happy. Excellent!

The place is chic and well-run. The croissants are excellent. Having breakfast here always makes me feel at ease. The pastries are also good.

I often go to this pastry shop. Contrary to some of the critics, I've always found the place clean and the staff kind and professional. Unfortunately, everyone has the fly problem. They're infested with them in every shop. It's enough to speak politely. The problem can be solved. But saying it's not clean is gratuitous and inappropriate. I travel a lot, and honestly, this is the only place where the staff is kind. Many are rude or don't say hello. If you have to criticize the cleanliness, look at your own home.

From the moment we discovered it, we'd been meaning to go for breakfast. We went on Mondays and discovered they were closed. We decided to go on Sundays, even though we'd seen the parking chaos. Then, we discovered there's an MD just 50 meters away, problem solved. The place is well-kept and elegant, with a display case of pastries and brioches. The service and counter staff are professional, kind, and all in uniform, which makes all the difference. We met Cinzia, who was very kind and explained the various brioche flavors to us. The pastries are good. We'll be back with friends.

The café offers an overall pleasant experience: good coffee, fresh pastries, and friendly staff. The outdoor garden is certainly a plus: well-maintained, with comfortable tables and a relaxed atmosphere. However, two aspects detracted from my experience. The first is a line item on the receipt that left me a bit perplexed: a 20-cent "delivery to table" charge for each order served. It's not so much the amount itself, but the principle: table service is an integral part of the café experience, and charging for it separately—without clear notice—is a bit jarring. The second detail concerns the artificial grass in the garden. I understand the choice for practical reasons, but aesthetically it's not appealing, and especially on hot days, it significantly increases the feeling of heat, making the outdoor space less enjoyable. Overall, the place has good potential, but a few more tweaks to the customer experience could make a difference.
