I bought some delicious sweets from this pastry shop.

Pasticceria Carlone has been my go-to shop in Nova Siri for years. The fresh pastries are excellent, but their highlight is undoubtedly their almond pastries: I won't describe them because the only way to understand is to try them! The icing on the cake? The owners' courtesy, always available and friendly.

Excellent pastry shop, with a wide selection of croissants and pastries. It's a shame the staff is rude, unwelcoming, and sometimes even surly. A little more kindness would be enough to satisfy customers, a crucial quality when working with people.

I ate some exceptionally high-quality shortbread cookies at a reasonable price. Definitely worth a try 🤩

A pastry shop and ice cream parlor offering a bit of everything. The gelato is generously portioned, with an average variety of flavors. I found it a bit icy on the palate at the finish; I've had better. The crepes had a truly generous amount of filling, but unfortunately they were a bit overcooked and blackened. Overall, they could do a bit better.

On July 26th we stopped for an aperitif at the Carlone bar in Nova Siri. Mrs. Giovanna was very kind. The aperitif was delicious, the house aperitif was a must-try for anyone going to Nova Siri Marina. We'll definitely return to Basilicata.
