An excellent pastry shop in the heart of Alassio, now a must-see on vacation. The best baci in Alassio, so delicious and irresistible that we stop by every day and bring them home to our family. We also tried a single-serving dessert with raspberries and chocolate ganache—truly delicious and chocolaty! The staff are always very kind and welcoming. It's a pleasure to stop by.

Truly excellent pastry shop, offering highly refined products. The individual portions seem expensive, but when you try the blueberry jelly with ruby chocolate, or the clafoutis, you'll understand the difference between a "bakery that also makes tarts" and a real patisserie. Recommended!
