I have always mapped the world in terms of pastry shops and Capitanio has recently entered my map. Up to now everything I have tried has turned out to be excellent but my favorite is the (very light) pastry cake with berries with a cream that reminded me a lot of the diplomat from the best Provençal pastry shops.
