About two weeks ago we tried profiteroles. Excellent for raw materials, technique and pleasure on the palate!!! The only flaw is calculating 3 cream puffs each...at least 5 per person are a must :p Thanks and good luck

The wording "the house of Profiterol" is apt... for fans of the delicious dessert it is an explosion of flavours. The chocolate, also sold in glass containers, is truly heavenly. To visit.
