I came on vacation here in Cervia and we found ourselves celebrating my husband's birthday. I decided to come to this pastry shop and trust Mario's professionalism. The cake he created for us is delicious!!! Soft, double-layered sponge cake with Chantilly cream and crunchy chocolate chips. He recommended covering it with white chocolate glaze instead of sugar paste, and I must say his advice was spot on!! Thank you so much, Mario. Your professionalism and experience are evident. We made a great impression with your beautiful cake, it looks great and tastes great. If I have another birthday party at the seaside or pass through this area, I will definitely stop by this pastry shop.
