You can enjoy top-notch bakery products. Even the cream-filled breads aren't overly sweet, and are incredibly crisp and delicious. I visited as soon as they opened at 7 a.m., and they were incredibly well prepared. The staff took the time to explain and explain things to us, even though we weren't used to ordering, so we were able to order without any hesitation. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and it's the best value for money.

Discovered by chance early one Sunday morning and it's a good thing (we generally don't run away from places that are too touristy)! A poster advertised homemade granita, so of course we were tempted by a Sicilian breakfast, with almond granita accompanied by a delicious, truly homemade brioche (it's so rare!). The granita, well served (4.50 euros) had a good snowy consistency but not the almond fragments like in Catania (it's true, a pinnacle). The space is very pleasant and the welcome friendly. It was only after that I saw that it was a chocolate house. I understand better why there was a chocolate granita - never seen before - so I promise tomorrow I'll try the chocolate one, it will be a first!

We returned again, the place has changed and is even more pleasant, high-quality products, fantastic pastries and excellent drinks, now there are also tables to sit inside, average prices.

In a city center packed with shops, La Casa del Cioccolato stands out for its craftsmanship, atmosphere, and attention to detail. A must-see for those seeking authentic flavor—with a touch of family warmth.

I ordered a cake for my graduation, presenting a design I liked online and customizing it with some suggestions for the fillings. Not only was it exactly the same as the one in the photo, and therefore aesthetically pleasing, but it was also delicious, with high-quality ingredients, soft sponge cake, fresh fruit, and delicious cream. What can I say? The best pastry shop in Trento.

In addition to the excellent pastries and delicious brioches, they also sell a nice selection of products (chocolate, biscuits, tea, local liqueurs, wines, etc.). In addition, they make personalized cakes for different occasions. We urgently needed to make a cake for a “gender reveal” and, despite the short notice (around 9-10 in the morning), they were very helpful and kind in accepting the order for the afternoon of the same day.
