Wonderful pastry shop in Bolzano, the best strudel I've had in three days of tasting. The preserved historic interior gives it a magical retro feel. Low/medium prices considering it's centrally located and what was available.

A small but truly welcoming pastry shop, with a simple and pleasant atmosphere. The strudel and krapfen are definitely worth trying! 🍎🥧

Excellent pastry shop! There's not a wide selection of gluten-free options, but they're very attentive. They have gluten-free hot chocolate and sensational chestnut pastries, thank you!

A pastry shop with very good desserts…but with a bitter note. :(
The cakes are truly excellent and worth it. I used to frequent this pastry shop during quieter periods, so I was very taken aback by what happened recently. What really disappointed me was the attitude of some of the staff. I'll start by saying that I don't like leaving negative feedback. I understand that peak season can be stressful, but courtesy should remain a constant in a public establishment, regardless of the situation.
During my last visit, as soon as I entered, the gentleman on staff literally stood in front of me, preventing me from continuing; and in a brusque, rude, and unkind tone (perhaps due to the crowded place, which I hadn't noticed before entering), he asked me "What do you want?" without any formality or welcome.
This approach disappointed me: a little kindness would have been enough, perhaps asking if I wanted to take something away, since there was no seating, just to make the customer feel welcome. It's a shame, because I considered this pastry shop a little gem in Bolzano, but certain ways risk ruining an otherwise excellent experience.
