Every visit is a pleasure, thanks to the excellence of the products and, above all, the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. I want to give special praise to Elena and Rachele, who have often served me with truly commendable skill and dedication. Their efficiency, their knowledge of the products and their kind and thoughtful way of doing things make every interaction a real pleasure. They are an example of how customer service can further elevate an already fantastic experience. The rest of the staff is also always very efficient and prepared, helping to maintain the high level of quality that distinguishes Pasticceria Alessia.

Little division of roles among the boys in the dining room, everyone does everything, slowing down the service.

Nuova pasticceria in centro a Bussolengo con un piccolo plateatico esterno. Location bellissima e molto pulita con davvero tante specialità in vista che fanno venire appetito!!! Ottima qualità dei dolci e caffè davvero molto buono!! Se mi posso permettere un consiglio…..da migliorare il personale che è poco attento e poco sorridente. Nel complesso voto sicuramente positivo!
