15/04/2025: Pane panelle's origins say a lot, it's the classic street food of Beloved Sicily! we had to celebrate a birthday and a name day and it's the best occasion for fish cuisine in Bologna, we chose P&P, which I already knew and the choice proved me right: from marinated anchovies with vegetables, to stuffed courgette flowers, to moleche in an intriguing combination, then textbook pasta with sardines and gnocchi with fish and finally a monumental fried fish where you found everything from anchovies to calamari. . .... I would be curious how you can make such light and digestible fried food. above all the magnificent panels that reminded us of our travels in Sicily.
