It is true that sometimes fate leads you to discover unexpected places and venues. In fact, due to a series of work setbacks, I found myself in via Triumplina in Brescia at around 2.10 pm today, June 13, and attracted by the somewhat "naturalistic" name, I crossed the street to go to Boscocorsica. Already inside, I liked the place for its impeccable cleanliness (and order), furthermore the lady welcomed me kindly, assisted by a collaborator who proved to be an excellent professional for a sandwich with bresaola and grana cheese that was truly exceptional in terms of flavor and fragrance. The dessert accompanied by the good coffee was excellent. Lastly, there were some "Sbrisolone" on display that just looking at them spoke of fragrance, and which proved to be truly spectacular, so much so that my wife forced me to return to buy another one. From Bergamo, a real round of applause to everyone, because you have proven to be true and serious professionals in the restaurant business, and you sell raw materials of excellent quality. Good....
