18/09/2025: A bakery with a unique atmosphere. Typically local products.

10/09/2025: A small, quaint bakery in the Sassi district, offering a wide variety of traditional sweet and savory products, in addition to bread, of course. The woman who served me was very kind and helpful, explaining the various specialties and even letting me try the strazzate, which I hadn't tried yet. The classic soft ones are fabulous, in fact, I bought a bag to take home. The focaccia is excellent, served warm, as is the panzerotto. There are a few tables outside for dining.
