Pasticceria Blasio In Firenze

I'll limit my review to the breakfast pastries. The cremini are truly amazing, whether with lemon cream, custard, or cream and black cherry. The coffee is decent. The prices (for these two items only) are average. I recommend having the ladies at the pastry shop make you a croissant, or ask the clerks if you're not convinced by the ready-made croissants at the counter.

We had the pleasure of having breakfast at Blasio's, and the experience was truly delightful. We chose a chocolate croissant, a creamy cappuccino, two freshly squeezed juices, a delicious fruit tart, and two Neapolitan pizzas. Each dish was prepared with care and freshness. The croissant was soft and rich in chocolate, while the fruit tart, with its crunchy crust and fresh fruit, was a wonderful surprise. The Neapolitan pizzas were a true delight, with a fragrant crust and flavorful toppings that immediately won us over. The cappuccino was perfect, with a thick cream and a touch of cocoa on top that enhanced the flavor. The freshly squeezed juices were a refreshing and healthy choice. What made our stay even more special was the service. The staff was extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. It's always nice to find a place where the quality of the food is matched by such warm service. We will definitely be back to try other products and enjoy the atmosphere!

Always very good but something has changed a little less care

Good morning, I'm Mariana. This morning I stopped at the Blasio pastry shop in Florence for breakfast. Everything was very good. Only one thing didn't seem normal to me: a pastry shop of this high standard didn't have air conditioning, it was so hot inside. These two guys at the counter were dying of the heat, poor things. 🥲🥲🥲, also because they spend so many hours inside. I wish the owners would put themselves in the shoes of these people who work there. As I said, a beautiful pastry shop and a beautiful environment, the pastries are delicious!!

Well-kept place, we often go there for lunch. Good first and second courses.
