It's a shame you can't sit down

I've never seen such rudeness in a place (their historic location on Via Acquacalda). The workers are always annoyed, not very cheerful, and don't even greet you back when you're leaving. The owner, who is also the pastry chef, on the other hand, is very kind and always says hello when he leaves the shop. I understand the workload, which is very high given that it's the only pastry shop in Lugo that can truly call itself that, but I think a little courtesy wouldn't hurt. As for the pastries and cakes, there's nothing to complain about; they're simply exceptional.

Four years in Emilia Romagna, this was the first good coffee I've ever tasted (between Modena, Bologna, and Ravenna and their respective provinces). I paired it with a delicious pistachio basket. Bravo!

Like its sister shop near Lugo Hospital, this popular pastry shop is elegant and chic. The desserts are delicious. It's a shame the bartenders look down on you a bit.

Perfect pastry bar for a good breakfast. Delicious coffee and filled croissants and equally friendly staff, the only flaw is the lack of seating.
