14/12/2025: We chose to have lunch at this simple yet welcoming trattoria in the center of Sermoneta and had a wonderful time. The waiter was friendly and welcoming, and the daily set menu was delicious, plentiful, and excellent value (€20 for a first course, second course, water, and coffee—exceptional for Sermoneta!): polenta with a rich sausage/rib sauce, followed by pork tenderloin rolls in pancetta and bay leaves with a divine sauce! 30/09/2025: I visited this trattoria on Sunday, and despite it being very crowded, the experience was truly positive. The food was excellent, with tasty and carefully crafted dishes that reflected the passion and quality of the cuisine. The staff was kind and welcoming, always available even amidst the rush of customers. The wait was a bit long, understandable given the crowd, but the quality of the dishes more than made up for it.
