Pasticceria Amato In Ravenna

It's been a while since I've been here. I want to compliment the new lady I met at the croissant counter on Sunday morning. She was very kind and always smiling. The croissants are delicious, but when they serve you so kindly, breakfast is even better.

A recommended pastry shop for a quiet breakfast in a classic atmosphere. The staff are very friendly. As for the brioches (I've only tried them so far), they have a wide selection, but all are very basic and simple. There are few puff pastry options, but the cream (both baked and custard) and ricotta are truly exceptional! I recommend it, but if you're looking for a "sweet tooth," there are more satisfying options.

I don't know the Alberti neighborhood, I'm slowly discovering it, the Amato pastry shop is really as many describe it, kindness and quality of the products used, everything delicious. :)

A true treat for the palate! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and attention to detail of this pastry shop's products. Each dessert is a small masterpiece: incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and authentically flavored, like homemade, but with a touch of elegance. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I've tried both the cakes and the mini pastries, and I really can't say which is my favorite... everything is delicious! Highly recommended for special occasions, too: the personalized cakes are beautiful and delicious!
