13/09/2025: The Hotel Pinei Nature & Spirit is a wonderful place for relaxation and recuperation. The comfortable rooms with upscale amenities and balconies overlooking the Dolomites allow you to gaze over an extraordinary landscape. The spacious and beautiful spa area, also with views of the Dolomites, is a place to simply enjoy your time, making your vacation truly special. The culinary offerings are delicious and varied. The appetizer and salad buffet is exceptionally good, and the courses offered as part of the 3/4 half-board package are very well-balanced, with something for everyone. Daily, you can choose from a meat, fish, or vegetarian dish with side dishes. It's a shame that some of the dishes used are fried, frozen, which is inappropriate for a 4* hotel. The afternoon snack offered is varied and, as a "snack," very generous in its selection (soup, cheese, sausage, ham, cake, bread, and rolls). The hotel with its outdoor terrace is furnished with high-quality furniture and the lavish decorations make the areas cozy and perfect for enjoying a fine glass of wine. The gardens are also very attractive and regularly maintained. The staff are consistently friendly, but some are a little insecure and reserved, which is probably due to a language barrier. It is a shame that the hotel owners do not approach guests at all, giving the impression that they want to avoid contact with them as much as possible. At most, the time of day is exchanged, but then only if you, the guest, greet them first. One would hope that the very introverted behavior would be put aside a little and that people would approach guests openly and actively to convey that they are welcome. A personal approach or giving the guest a little attention would be very beneficial and would significantly improve the dampened feeling.

17/08/2025: We only stopped at the bar without staying overnight. The friendliness and quality of the products (cakes and juices) suggest considering a stay.
