Very nice service, the waiter gave us comprehensive introduction to their menu before we ordered, which was really helpful to people who don’t understand Italian. The pasta was freshly made, and the texture was just perfect, you could taste the high quality of the pasta itself, the sauce was complementary to the pasta, and help bring out the taste it. Nice place to visit in Bolzano

Best pasta I've ever eaten. Really tasty. Very friendly service and both restaurant and fresh pasta for sale that you can cook yourself. We have been there twice last week and maybe again tomorrow. The menu changes daily, everything wonderfully fresh, what more could you want?

Really friendly staff and amazing pasta. Cooked perfectly, all handmade, and super delicious. Really happy we stopped here and they are very friendly to tourists.

17/01/2025: Plazores is a special family run restaurant offering a delicious, home cooked menu, made with locally sourced ingredients from their farm and local suppliers. The location is in the heart of San Virgilio, set in a gothic house with lots of character. The 2 sons run an excellent front of house service, speaking English, Italian, some German whilst their mum is busy in the kitchen. Highly recommend having dinner at Plazores, an Italian experience to remember. Suitable for friends, couples and families.
16/01/2025: A regional restaurant serving delicious dishes with products from the area. A beautiful historic building and a great atmosphere created by the family that owns the business.

19/02/2025: Abbiamo pranzato qui per la seconda volta ed è sempre una garanzia. Assaggio di speck offerto per iniziare. Per proseguire abbiamo preso il maialino e la guancia di vitello… che dire MERAVIGLIOSI, la guancia si scioglieva in bocca. Entrambi ricchi di contorni: puree, fagiolini avvolti nella pancetta, strudel di verdure e insalatina. Prezzo di ogni piatto 20€!!! Per finire frittelle di mele eccellenti. Da consigliare anche il tris di primi che abbiamo assaggiato l’altra volta. Servizio gentile, preciso e celere. Assolutamente DA NON PERDERE
06/02/2025: I had lamb ribs, a pork dish with a crispy exterior that felt like pig's feet, and ravioli filled with ricotta cheese in a tomato sauce base. They were all delicious. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is friendly, so I recommend it. Koreans, be sure to visit when you go to Dobbiaco. I don't often leave reviews, but I really wanted to tell you about this place. The location of the restaurant is remote. You have to climb a lot, but the view is that good. Highly recommended!
