It was a great place for fresh, inexpensive pasta. The pasta is prepared right in front of you in an open kitchen. Wait times can vary depending on the crowds, but we didn't have to wait long. Don't expect a restaurant-style meal; it's served with plastic forks and cardboard containers. There's a large area upstairs, or you can take it to go. Thank you.

Superb fresh pasta, generous portions and toppings. They make it fresh for you to enjoy on the spot at the tables upstairs or take away wherever you like, perhaps while strolling through Rome's wonderful historic center. The truffle carbonara is incredibly creamy and out of this world. Friendly staff. A special highlight is the opportunity to watch the chefs prepare your dishes.

Overall okay, overhyped A quick bite - yes, real Italian food - no The amount of food for €8 was very good Good marketing, okay food They got our order wrong too Cacio e Pepe and Gricia are both from a pre-prepared white sauce, two pumps Cacio e Pepe lacked almost any black pepper flavor and the sauce consistency was like a thick gravy, drowning too. I think there are texture stability additives in it to keep it emulsified, sauce probably not made in house The crispy pork was nicely salty and crispy Don’t go out of your way to eat here

very nice place, really good food, very well known so there is a queue, but it's worth it!

Great food and fast services for low budget tourist. I ate dining in and take away, but it is reccomended to dine in as the food and pasta still hot. May be you can take away the insalata, but for pasta or spaghetti it is better you eat it immediatly after being served.
