Very kind, qualified and very friendly staff, generous portions and very low prices but without neglecting the taste of the dishes which in my opinion is excellent, recommended for those who need to grab a quick take-away lunch, or those who simply want to buy some good pasta to then prepare at home!

What a wonderful discover, we bumped in this tiny but yet authentic store, who's run by 2 sweet and authentic person. They make all sort of fresh pasta on a daily basis, which is by far some of the best, if not the greatest, I ever tried in my whole life! Go and find out yourself! The place is in Bagnaia, a small village few miles away from Viterbo 😍🍝 That's where you want to be if you are looking for a quick lunch at a extremely reasonable price! Thank you from England.

My daughter (8 years old) and I were looking for a place where we could eat a plate of quality pasta around lunchtime, on a warm Saturday in early October, and by chance we came across this delightful family-run artisan workshop, which was exactly everything we needed at that moment... We were immediately welcomed by Guido and Simona, the owners of the business, who listed the various pasta dishes they had available (cooked expressly, at the moment, right there) and displayed all the formats and types of products that are created with absolute freshness and authenticity, on a daily basis... Tagliolini, fettuccine, gnocchi, cappelletti, vermicelli etc etc, rigorously prepared with the best quality ingredients available, and certainly among the best there is around! We opted for a great classic, carbonara. Truly exceptional, made there and then, with passion and kindness. Absolutely delicious... Icing on the cake?.... The price! The cost was negligible, a very small amount, for a wonderful culinary experience.... What can I say, see you soon guys! Thanks for everything! PS: go and visit them, you won't regret it!
