When we walked in we were greeted with a “where are you from?”, to which we replied “Alabama”. The host said, “Roll Tide” and it made our day! Pizzas were huge and delicious. Pasta and fried rice croquettes yummy as well. A great place close to the Colosseum.

Our server Kate was really sweet and gave us really nice service. The food was very good, both the pasta and the pizza. A bit noisy at times, but other than that the vibe was really good.

An excellent experience in every way. The food was delicious, authentic, and had a true Italian flavor. The service was wonderful, especially thanks to Kate, who was very friendly, attentive, and always had a smile. The location, steps from the Colosseum, makes the experience even more special. The atmosphere is cozy and exudes true Roman hospitality. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

We had a fantastic lunch at Pasqualino! The steak was huge and perfectly cooked, the Saltimbocca was tender and flavorful, the Fettuccine Alfredo were rich and creamy, and the Tonnarelli with seafood were fresh and absolutely delicious. Everything tasted authentic and beautifully prepared. What truly made our lunch special was the service — our waiter Agha was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. He made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable Italian dining experience!

Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra visita a este restaurante situado en una zona pintoresca cerca del coliseo. Excelente servicio, la comida era increíble. Me hicieron carbonara sin gluten con penne y estaba delicioso. El resto de nuestro grupo disfrutó de platos caseros de pasta y tortellini y les encantó. Desde bebidas hasta postre recomendaría este lugar, decoración encantadora y personal amable.

08/08/2025: It was our first time at this Roman cuisine restaurant, located right below the Sanctuary of Divine Love, where you can heal both body and soul. We ate really well, and... listen up, they still serve half portions here... The staff was friendly and courteous, and we'll definitely be back.
08/08/2025: I've been a customer at Hostaria Cinti for years and have always had a great experience. A typical Roman trattoria, with friendly and efficient staff, generous portions, and above all, quality dishes at a reasonable price for what you get, including all the service. The highlight for me is the rabbit cacciatore... Oscar-worthy! But, I repeat, everything is delicious, excellent! I think it deserves 5 stars! My only complaint is this: The last time I went, it was before the summer closure. They brought two first courses (fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and tonnarelli alla carbonara) that were delicious but extremely salty... so salty that they had to be left. It's one thing for them to be tasty, but another for them to be extremely salty, practically inedible! This surprised me because it's the first time it's happened! I want to believe it was a momentary oversight... meaning an isolated incident can happen! Despite everything, I stand by the 5 stars and...see you next time!!

04/09/2025: Best meal we had during our 1 week visit to Rome! We started with caprese, had lasagna as our 1st course, and then the osso bucco next. This may well I've been the best lasagna I've ever had. We've been home a couple weeks now and I'm salivating just thinking about it!
02/09/2025: An exceptional place to eat, the cannelloni and carbonara were delicious, and the service was magnificent from the person who served us (Silvano), a true professional who made us feel very comfortable at all times. Thank you for the service.
