Absolutely impeccable service. I managed this order from Spain, remotely, without being able to see anything in person. The difficulty was maximum: a personalized detail for a birthday, in a castle in Italy, with precise delivery, a card written in Spanish, and everything perfectly coordinated. From the first contact the treatment was exceptional: professionalism, friendliness, great criteria in choosing the details (balloons, cake, tray, chocolate rose...), care in the preparation and perfect execution. Every decision made improved the final result. They even took care of the handwritten dedication in Spanish with great attention. The setup was beautiful, the delivery was very punctual, the cake in perfect condition. They took care of EVERYTHING, with the professionalism you expect but also with something you don't always find: the love for a job well done. I would recommend this service without a doubt.
