Great menu and friendly Neapolitan hospitality

Delicious Neapolitan pizza, excellent value for money. My only flaw is the service, which was a bit rushed in trying to clear tables as quickly as possible given the line outside... that's okay, but maybe not so much!!! The coffee they brought me was undrinkable. If it weren't for these two things, I would have given the whole place a perfect score.

The pizza was amazing, thanks to the delicious low-protein dough and the long leavening process with sourdough starter. The ingredients were excellent, and the owner, Fiorenzo, and the entire staff were incredibly friendly. Quite possibly the best pizza I've ever tasted. Bravo! Update July 30, 2025 We returned to Carloforte and couldn't go back to Fiorenzo's. Over three separate evenings, we tried several pizzas. All were excellent. Fiorenzo confirms his reputation as a master, and anyone lucky enough to spend a few days on this beautiful island shouldn't miss a visit to Partenope.

A pizzeria open only in the evening, like many restaurants in Carloforte. We hadn't booked and they found us a small spot, but I recommend booking because almost all the tables were full. The service is very good and the pizzas delicious. The limoncello spritz was generously portioned and the terrace was pleasant. An excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience! I went to this place for the first time and I was really impressed. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail, perfect for both an evening with friends and a romantic dinner. The staff is kind, helpful, attentive, always smiling, a menu offers balanced and original dishes, prepared with fresh and quality ingredients, excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place!

I've always had a good time, I recommend it, Piazza and cuisine

As promised I returned to make myself a spaghetti with fresh clams, mussel and prawn soup all delicious and fresh, and a nice babba nutella and cream.... excellent service, very kind staff. Highly recommended. See you soon.
