Without a doubt, the best felafel in the entire university area, made with love and passion. Highly recommended.

Parsit is the place that every celiac would like to have in their city. A welcoming and clean place, with a wide menu, the owners are simply fantastic, their smiles warm the heart! I went there two days in a row during a short stay in Bologna and I tried the traditional Kebab, the one with Pastrami and a plate of Falafel. The products are very good, the portions are generous and the attention to gluten-free is very high; although the place does not have a separate kitchen I have not had any problems in any of my visits. If you are in Bologna and above all you are celiac, this stop is a must, you will not regret it!

I ordered Kubideh Rotolo and Panini Pastarami. Both sandwiches were delicious and good. But I liked Kubideh rotolo better 😜
