Parsit In Bologna

Parsit is the place that every celiac would like to have in their city. A welcoming and clean place, with a wide menu, the owners are simply fantastic, their smiles warm the heart! I went there two days in a row during a short stay in Bologna and I tried the traditional Kebab, the one with Pastrami and a plate of Falafel. The products are very good, the portions are generous and the attention to gluten-free is very high; although the place does not have a separate kitchen I have not had any problems in any of my visits. If you are in Bologna and above all you are celiac, this stop is a must, you will not regret it!

I ordered Kubideh Rotolo and Panini Pastarami. Both sandwiches were delicious and good. But I liked Kubideh rotolo better 😜

Since the beginning, Parsit has become my point of reference when I want to eat good Middle Eastern food. As a vegetarian, it's definitely my favorite place to eat falafel flatbread, not to mention the cuckoo roll. The wonderful owners never lack kindness and smiles, always making you feel welcome at any time. It deserves much more than 5 stars 🥹🥹🥹🥹

Here I found an excellent gluten-free version of kebab, chicken kebab, falafel and pastrami prepared with rare passion and meticulousness. The environment is friendly and very pleasant!
