Impeccable service, the gentleman is exceptionally kind. The menu offers a variety of options, both meat and vegetarian; in my humble opinion, at Parsit you can eat the best falafel in Bologna, or at least certainly in the university area. Gluten-free options are also available. A very small flaw: the place doesn't have a restroom for customers.

I had a great time at this small place, with just a few tables, and it's also great for takeout. I was very happy to find a gluten-free option; I tried an excellent pastrami roll. It's truly a great option, and the prices are very reasonable.

Whenever I'm in the center of Bologna, I love going to Parsit. The place is small and doesn't have much seating. However, the food is very good and everything is freshly prepared. With several gluten-free options, it's definitely a must-try for celiacs who love this type of cuisine.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and can honestly say it's one of the best culinary surprises of the year. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. Quality food at a very affordable price.
