Park Hotel Ginevra In Roma

I stayed at this hotel from 17th to the 24th August. Very good value for money, clean rooms, towels bedding ect. Breakfast was perfect. Fulled me for the the day, Sleep was peaceful and quiet. Beds were comfy, made me sad to go home as my bed is not as comfy as this hotel bed Bus into most sites is a 40 minute ride at €1.50 which is a pretty good price. Reception staff were the highlight of my stay. Especially Jacquelyn who was very polite and helpful. She had some good recommendations for visits in Roma and can speak multiple languages.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast is limited. In terms of location, the hotel is not convenient, because it is far outside the center. That is something you can prepare for in advance and the price is accordingly. All in all it is an excellent three-star hotel.

Decent place, but it's not my top choice. The shower needs some deep cleaning as there is mold/mildew in the corners of the shower. The breakfast and dinner that was offered during my trip were awful. They served eggs and hot dogs for breakfast. The juice was good. The espresso/cappuccino offered was okay.

Parking outside along the road....otherwise inside you pay 10 euros more per night. When we arrived in the room we found the air conditioner turned off so we had to go down to ask for it to be turned on; they hadn't put toilet paper in the bathroom (we found a finished roll); clearly visible dust in the bathroom on the radiators; in the shower there is a shower bath dispenser which was empty; shower box at the base with rust... breakfast with little choice and no staff present for any requests... there were no tablecloths on the tables and no clean teaspoons

Decent hotel for its category, very good location

We spent a few lovely days in Rome. The small hotel is a bit out of the way, but you can quickly get to the city center by subway. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and functional.

Excellent hotel, paid very little (booking well in advance)

Price a little high, but considering the period and the area it was impossible to find less. However, excellent experience, friendly and always available staff. *I would add that there was no fruit at breakfast, for me it is essential and I usually always find it in other hotels.

We stayed here in May this year we had the most wonderful stay, all the staff were amazing very friendly polite and helpful. The rooms were adequate for what we needed though would of been nice to have a kettle and hot drink making facilities however not a problem as the bar is open 24hrs and you could get anything you needed and nothing was any trouble. The breakfast was wonderful a good selection and choice and plenty everyday at whatever time we went for breakfast. The cleaning staff were fantastic. Our room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels and bedding they were amazing. The reception staff were amazing and so helpful and polite nothing was a problem. The hotel Manager was exceptionally helpful he told us about the best way into the City of Rome and how to get there each day and told us where to get the local bus from and which bus to get. He sorted us out transport to go to the beach one day and arranged transport for us to the airport on our departure. He also told us the best places to eat and even rang and booked us a place at a wonderful authentic Roman Restaurant. He was absolutely amazing. Yes the hotel is a little way out of the City however it is good value for money and meant we had more of our money to spend on other things during our stay. It was a lovely walk to get the local bus into the City each morning and maybe not so much the walk back from the bus stop to the hotel as it is located on a very steep hill but this is the only negative if any . We had the most wonderful holiday and even more so because of the hospitality of the wonderful staff and especially the hotel Manager. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return again one day. Thank you all so very much.

We booked the hotel and checked the reviews, and immediately thought oh no! But rest assured we had nothing to worry about. We arrived at about 10:30 in the evening the night reception were great nice and polite and we booked in no problem. The room was OK the A/C worked fine. There was a smart TV a mini fridge but there was nothing in it not even a complementary water, maybe a nice touch. Breakfast was OK enough to keep you going till lunch, some cut up sausage n scrambled egg, various pasties cold meat and cheese. The manager was fantastic, we were pickpocketed in rome Termini had all our cards taken. The manger was so helpful and understanding and made a horrible experience so much easier, so thank you! So don't be put off this is a good hotel worth the money and only 10 mins from transport
