I went to Parentesi graffa about ten days ago, the place was very busy and there was a problem with the churros that I had ordered to take away. Following this episode, the owner was super helpful and kind, responding to my messages and inviting me to return to the restaurant to remedy what had happened. This evening I managed to review and made myself recognised. The staff was very welcoming and professional, top marks. I requested the churros which this time were delicious. While waiting, the friend who was with me took a slice of lotus cheesecake which I tasted and it was very delicate, fresh and really well made. I thank the owner of the place and the staff for having really done everything and even more to remedy what had happened days ago, it's not for everyone and I really appreciated it. I will definitely recommend Parentesi Graffa to everyone and I will happily return!

I was there on a Saturday evening and it was very crowded, it's not easy to find parking. We ordered several products and were very satisfied. The wait of about 15 minutes was worth it. The highlight was the Graffa black & white, but the mini fried Nutella bombolotti were also fantastic. The dough was delicious and soft, the frying oil was imperceptible. I also got some Nutella croissants to eat at home and I was thrilled. Prices are normal. I will return often and with pleasure. Highly recommended +++++

Graffe e cornetti gustosi, ma non è corretto far mangiare i clienti stando in piedi e magari sotto la pioggia. Migliorate e le stelline saranno vostre.
