27/07/2025: We went to Liv Bistrot for dinner with friends. There were five of us, and we chose an all-fish menu. The experience was simply excellent, from every perspective.
Ambience:
The restaurant is meticulously designed, with a welcoming, refined, yet never pretentious atmosphere. The table layout is also excellent, allowing you to enjoy the evening in peace.
Service:
The staff was impeccable: friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to recommend dishes and wine pairings. The service was perfectly paced, with no long waits or rushed dishes.
Food:
The undisputed star of the evening was the fish, incredibly fresh and enhanced by original yet respectful preparations. We started with a series of appetizers (cornflour-crusted shrimp with Tropea onion sauce, fabulous).
For the first courses, Scialatiello allo scoglio and linguine with scampi: flavorful, balanced, and perfectly cooked.
Wine and desserts:
The selection of white wines from Campania is excellent, but we opted for an excellent Traminer, which paired perfectly with the entire menu.
We finished with dessert: pistachio cheesecake and Caprese tart.
Conclusion:
Liv Bistrot is a must-visit for anyone who loves good seafood with a contemporary twist. Fair prices for the quality offered, and a thoroughly satisfying experience.

25/05/2025: I'll start by saying that the structure is in a privileged position on the lake, giving us a wonderful view.
Too bad for the quality of the food.
To start we took the raw fish.
Unfortunately they were not fresh.
The first course was also disappointing.
Let's say that for the costs they have they should raise the quality of the food.
