Parco Statella In Randazzo

We had a truly wonderful stay at Parco Statella. The hospitality and care provided by Manuela made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire place has a magical charm, peaceful, authentic, and full of character. It was the perfect base for exploring the region, and we left with warm memories thanks to the atmosphere Manuela has created. We hope to return again someday maybe next time on our way to Etna!

Restaurant restaurant located in a splendid property near an eighteenth-century villa and with a large park cared for in detail. The cuisine is excellent with typical local products, the appetizers are abundant. The courtesy of the owner Massimo is beautiful. Highly recommended

Delicious, local food in a charming restaurant on a beautiful property. We came 8 years ago on the recommendation of Sicilian friend who lives near Catania. We enjoyed it so much that we made a detour on this trip to go again. It is a set menu for a very reasonable price considering the quality of the ingredients, the careful preparation and large variety of dishes. We really appreciated the chef's choice menu that day, we could taste so many different dishes. First, a dozen! appetisers, each one wonderful. We took note of them because we did not want to forget any: Artichoke, olives, ricotta di buffala, mushrooms, hot bread, veal carpaccio with arugula, sausage and cured ham, fennel, pecorino with black pepper served with apple jam, pumpkin, local green vegetable with egg and shredded donkey meat (one of our favourites). Then we had two pasta dishes, an exceptional porcini mushroom pasta and another with pork ragu that was the best ragu we have ever had. Then there were three meat dishes, all excellent, black piglet sausage and meatballs and veal Marsala. The owner and staff were friendly and attentive, taking the time to present each dish and answer our questions about local products. We will surely be back. Highly recommend.

We had lunch in this very beautiful structure, especially in the outdoor areas and in the park Good appetizers with local products Simple cuisine The macaroni with pork sauce is excellent Little choice of dessert (only a lemon cake) However, the manager's behavior at the time of the bill was unforgivable (he had calculated over 200 and then 300 euros for 4 starters and 3 first courses, 2 bottles of water and 1 bottle of cuddle, then reduced to 110 after our complaints!) The presence of a sickly cat under the table throughout the meal was not very welcome

For Easter Monday, some friends and I were looking for a quiet place away from daily traffic. We came across "Parco Statella" giving it trust and the choice turned out to be not only apt, but perfect for our needs and expectations. Thanks to a rich menu in a restaurant where a familiar and genuine atmosphere is immediately perceptible, we were overwhelmed (in the best sense of the term) by quality dishes linked to tradition. Abundant but above all tasty). For quality/price, value of the service and friendliness of the owner, an extraordinary taste experience to which I gladly give 5 stars!

Abbiamo passato nella Tenuta Statella il pranzo di Pasquetta insieme agli amici più cari e siamo rimasti subito catturati dall'ambiente e dalla cura con cui il signor Massimo e la sua famiglia accolgono i clienti. A lui in particolare vanno i nostri sinceri complimenti e ringraziamenti, per la gentilezza, la cordialità e la premura nel servirci e consigliarci. Torneremo di sicuro è stato un pranzo piacevolissimo. La cucina è ricercata e i sapori d'altri tempi riportano subito alla tradizione siciliana, alle preparazioni di casa, genuine e gustose, sapori di una volta che esplodono grazie all' eccellenza delle materie prime. Si sente la cura che mettete nel vostro lavoro e soprattutto l'amore per quello che fate. Torneremo sicuramente e chissà magari per pernottare pure. Vi consiglieremo di certo
