Parco Ravere In Piedicavallo

The Parco delle Rovere is located at the end of the Cervo Valley in the village of Piedicavallo, a green space alongside the Cervo River, perfect for picnics or relaxing on hot summer days. There's a large parking lot for those visiting the valley for the many hikes available. Several trails depart from the park to various refuges; to the Vecchia Lake, Rivetti, Madonna degli Angeli, and Gragliasca. There's also a kiosk that recently changed management and is worth a stop for its friendly service, reasonable prices, and beautiful scenery. It's a popular spot from June to September during hot weather.

It's always a pleasure to return to Piedicavallo, and a visit to the park is always welcome. To have a drink with the girls at the kiosk, always kind and helpful. From here, you can then set off on the Madonna delle Nevi trail, a challenging yet easy route. Suitable for everyone. And then at the park, the beautiful new visual installations make the new bridge over the Cervo stream charming and intimate. I'll be back.
