Parco Gambrinus In San polo di piave

We held a family gathering over lunch at Gambrinus and had a wonderful afternoon there. The food was delicious and the mille foglie served was delicate, light and totally amazing. Elisir Gambrinus, which was homemade by the restaurant added a nice touch to end the meal. Highly recommend to try the sweet wine! Do spend some time taking a stroll in the park behind the restaurant and do what the Italians do - passegiata after the full meal. The park was serene and you will find peacocks, ducks, swans, fishes and many beautiful flowers among the well manicured greenery. I was told that the restaurant is popular among locals and they are great for weddings and other events. The service was indeed immaculate. The waiting staff were always ready to help.

Brunch, ristorante di alto profilo e osteria, formula all you can eat, apericena, bottega per la vendita di prodotti alimentari, feste per cerimonie o cenetta intima ...non resta che scegliere la formula più gradita, tanto qui fanno tutto (forse troppo?). Non si discute sulla bellezza del luogo, il parco è incantevole e la passeggiata rigenerante, né sulla professionalità della storica gestione né sulla gentilezza ma qualche lentezza nel servizio c'è stata e il cibo è mediamente buono ma non superlativo come ci si aspetterebbe (ad esempio i calamari della frittura erano molto duri). Il Gambrinus di tanti anni fa faceva di meno ma mi sembra che lo facesse meglio...Comunque è sempre un posto da non perdere.

Wedding lunch in March 2025, perfect in organization and quality of the menu. We also point out local gastronomy services and the possibility of entrusting the children to a competent and kind entertainer. Very recommended structure.

Cod with white pearl polenta in Osteria al Gambrinus Park. The combination of Gambrinus cod with white pearl polenta is a marriage of flavors and textures that enhance each other. The simplicity of the ingredients, enhanced by the mastery of the preparation, translates into a dish of extraordinary goodness. Extremely slow service. More than one hour to receive the food. Waiters are not even interested to sell you as much as possible, as you have to ask at least 3 times for a glass of Prosecco. At the beginning they didn’t even borough the drinks menu. We had to ask for it. To be honest, last time here. We could not understand the rating of this restaurant.
