I came here with a party of 14... a delightful setup in a private room, outstanding food... pumpkin gnocchi, persimmon sorbet, grigliata di pesce and the millefeuille with mixed berries were extremely good....
The location is fantastic with its parc and ponds....
Everything was excellent from start to finish and that is down to the Zanotto family who have run this restaurant for decades.
I could not fault it....

To all the Vegetarians and Vegans who read me: if you are tired of the usual sad and improvised places where the only vegetable alternatives are pasta with tomato sauce, fried potatoes or salad and you are looking for a special place for a simple dinner or to celebrate a any event, this is the perfect place!
Located in a wonderful park of over 30,000 square metres, very well-kept and full of lawns and centuries-old trees, this family-run Historic Italian Restaurant offers high-quality dishes and highly courteous and professional treatment.
But it is not just a renowned restaurant: it is also a tavern, factory and cellar, all gathered in a single large environment expertly divided into various rooms, very intimate and finely furnished and cared for, to guarantee the right amount of privacy for guests.
It really feels at home.
My wife and I have been vegan for several years, we chose this beautiful place for our 26th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful evening!
The entirely vegetable menu proposed by the very talented and eclectic Chef Pierchristian Zanotto really won us over, the photos speak for themselves, the portions are right and well taken care of.
The dessert was simply divine, an aquafaba Viennetta with high quality chocolate and mint, a truly delicious delight for the palate that the Chef prepared for us as a very welcome surprise for our anniversary!!
We were really impressed because practically everything is produced by them: from the bread, to the artisanal breadsticks (even with charcoal, very good), to the wines, to the sparkling wines, to the liqueurs (their Elixir is a real delight, an absolute must-try), which can be purchased at their splendid tavern.
The prices, considering the high quality of the raw materials, are absolutely acceptable.
What can I say? We can't wait to return, but not to celebrate an event: any excuse is good to stop and taste the Gambrinus delicacies, welcomed and pampered by the very cordial Zanotto family and their very kind collaborators.
5 stars well deserved, but if I could I would give 10 times as much!
Go there, you will be thrilled with your choice.

I love the Borsò tavern. Historic. With excellent and proportionate dishes. Suitable place for an aperitif but also a genuine and warm dinner.

I was invited to a wedding lunch. Everything was excellent and plentiful, the staff was very kind, attentive and with a smile!!!! Really good!!!

It has potential but it doesn't apply cit.
Dinner, six people, rustic location, very nice. Good and tasty appetizers, the first courses bland, not exciting, finished because we were very hungry. The second courses do not improve, cut of cold and hard meat. Times too long, interminable. Forty minutes for the starter, a good hour for the first and second courses.... I should have taken holidays sooner. Sin.

Não esperava encontrar um restaurante tão bom, do atendimento ao ambiente e lógico pela comida também. Comi uma parmeggianata que estava sensacional. No final fizemos uma visita a enoteca e provamos o liquor produzido lá.
