We had a drink, a nice atmosphere with very young and kind staff, we wanted to come the next day for a meal but unfortunately they were going on vacation for 2 weeks, we will definitely visit them next time for food too

Historic venue in Cannaregio, which with its liveliness has infected the entire foundation of Misericordia.
The decor, which is based on the hold of a ship, immerses you in the wonderful city of Venice, while the festive, anarchic and lively environment makes the meal joyful and helps you appreciate the simple things in life (such as excellent music).
I have always found fish-based dishes excellent: quality, fresh raw materials and tasty, plentiful dishes.
Even if the turnover of people is fast (also thanks to the rapid service), I recommend making a reservation.

Un amico di Venezia mi ha consigliato questo posto storico molto amato dai veneziani, sebbene fosse pieno di turisti stranieri...quindi direi abbastanza nelle rotte di chi visita la Serenissima.
Menù molto originale, tanto da esserci l'imbarazzo della scelta. Abbiamo preso un bell'antipasto di mare, molto ricco e non banale, e due primi. Tutto ottimo e molto abbondante. Anche i dessert molto buoni. I prezzi non sono bassi, il coperto a 3.50 un pò eccessivo. Servizio puntuale anche se sbrigativo. Musica di sottofondo 10 e lode

Sabato sera di musica e confusione, condito da buon pesce e vino.
Se cerchi la tranquillità e una cena intima, gira alla larga.
Se cerchi caos e divertimento per cena, è il posto giusto.
Antipasti misti di pesce molto buoni, fritto molto unto.
Camerieri molto gentili.

Either you hate it or you love it... but it's worth the risk.
The best menu of typical Venetian cuisine.
The best Venetian atmosphere.
The prices may seem high but the portions justify everything. In fact, the best thing is to take different things, put them in the center and enjoy them all. A war machine that manages to keep infinite flows of people at bay...staff traveling at 200km/h.
We were served by a very young waitress, probably novice (with glasses and nozzles)... she was DELICIOUS. Hold her tight!
