If you are a lover of quality meat and, like me, appreciate a selection of beers that are outside the norm, this is the place for you! As soon as you enter, you are immediately enveloped in a welcoming and lively atmosphere, typical of the best grill restaurants. The inebriating aroma of grilled meat is a prelude to what will be served, and the wait is fully rewarded. The real star of the evening is, of course, the meat. We tried a sliced ​​​​beef that was cooked to perfection: tender, juicy and with an intense flavor that denotes the quality of the raw material. The choice of cuts is wide and varied, able to satisfy every palate, from the most classic to the most adventurous. But what further elevates the experience was undoubtedly the selection of beers. Not the usual standard list, but a real beer list with craft and international labels that range across different styles. I really appreciated the possibility of pairing each cut of meat with the perfect beer, thanks also to the expert advice of the staff, always available and prepared. From hoppy IPAs to robust stouts, from refreshing craft lagers to complex Belgian beers, there really is an embarrassment of choice and each pairing proved to be a success. The service was impeccable, the staff is passionate and this is reflected in the care with which the dishes and beers are presented. Ultimately, Birrabrace di Monza is not just a grill restaurant, but a true temple for lovers of good food and good beer. Whether you are a connoisseur or simply looking for an unforgettable evening, I highly recommend you stop by.
