Paprika In Carpi

Unbeatable pizza, not even close to anything else in the area. Very digestible and good even when cold!!!

Excellent pizza always ordered via Deliveroo, but on Friday evening we tried to eat it fresh from the oven at their place, I have to say it's the best pizza I've ever eaten in Carpi!

It's now our go-to pizzeria; we've been getting pizza there for years. Since COVID, they've started doing home delivery, like pretty much everyone else, and I must say the pizzas stay hot and crispy. A wide selection of high-quality flavors. They use local producers, so they're 0 km away. They offer various types of dough, but even the standard 00 dough is highly digestible. The place is small but well-equipped. The owners are genuine.

Showing up at 8pm and waiting 1 hour for 3 pizzas is significant of the numerous consideration and appreciation that lies at the basis of this pizzeria. A continuous cycle assembly line to churn out excellent pizza.

I apologize: does it seem normal to you to deliver a pizza in these conditions? I highly doubt that the product you baked was like this... be careful who you entrust the delivery to because you offer a good product but, delivered in this way, it is irremediably compromised
