Esperienza deludente. Dopo aver atteso 20 minuti prima che qualcuno venisse a prendere l’ordinazione, nonostante il locale non fosse pieno, ci aspettavamo almeno un servizio attento. Invece i piatti sono arrivati non solo nell’ordine sbagliato, ma anche spaiati, costringendoci – eravamo in 4 – a mangiare a turni. Il pesce del giorno, promesso in 20 minuti, è arrivato dopo 50, e il contorno di verdure, pagato a prezzo pieno, consisteva in soli 4 pezzi. Disorganizzazione, lentezza e porzioni discutibili. Peccato, perché il locale aveva del potenziale.

I went for lunch on Carnival Sunday, although the place was practically full the service was impeccable, everyone was extremely kind and quick: the girl who served us was of rare grace and kindness. Very good food, both the first courses and the mixed fried dishes! I would more than willingly go back ❤️

Beautiful surprise. Great quality food. The menu presents some 'alternative' courses, which allows you to vary from the 'usual' Ligurian dishes that everyone offers (and which are also present in this menu). Extraordinary desserts. Service worthy of praise: the lady is very kind.

Unfortunately, the scallop and rocket risotto was a complete disappointment. The dish was totally bland, completely negating the delicate flavor of the scallops. The idea for the dish was good, but the execution was terrible. The rice used was basmati, when for a risotto a more suitable rice such as Carnaroli or Arborio should be used. The arugula, instead of being finely chopped to give a spicy note to the sauce, like a gravy condiment, was simply mixed into rice, looking more like tufts of green, tangled hair than. Furthermore, the scallops were cut into too small pieces and mixed into the risotto, thus completely losing their identity. The fettuccine with scampi was definitely better, but unfortunately a little dry. The pasta had absorbed all the sauce, leaving. Overall, the restaurant has potential and, thanks to the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, it could really offer a much more pleasant experience if it paid more attention to the execution of the dishes.

The restaurant overlooks the V. Veneto seafront, a short distance from the Rapallo Castle; it is a modern and refined place with large windows that allow you to admire the Gulf and the lively comings and goings of the promenade. The kitchen offers numerous fish-based dishes, prepared with care and excellent quality ingredients. The wine list is quite complete and includes, in addition to a large selection of regional labels, also wines from the rest of Italy. The dining room staff is very kind and friendly and does everything they can to meet customers' needs. Recommended for those looking for an elegant place to enjoy excellent traditional Ligurian dishes.
