Scialatiello allo Scoglio is an ode to the Mediterranean: perfectly al dente pasta, wrapped in an expert sauce where mussels, clams, prawns, octopus and calamari reveal the freshness of the Salerno sea. The tomato, delicate and aromatic, is the setting for a dish that is pure balance. A preparation that demonstrates Chef Giacomo's mastery in reinterpreting tradition with elegance.
And then, the Fried Anchovies: crunchy on the outside, very soft on the inside, with that clean and intense flavor that only freshly caught fish can offer. Light, not a gram of superfluous oil, served with a sprinkle of sea salt and accompanied by local lemons which enhance its freshness. A demonstration of how simple cuisine, when executed to perfection, becomes sublime.

We just went to this truly amazing little restaurant! Found through reviews, it was defined as among the best in Salerno and actually met all expectations. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom, truly remarkable. There are only a few seats so it is essential to book. The food is excellent and the fish very fresh. The owner is of infinite kindness and refinement which is reflected in the refinement of his menu. Some dishes, such as fettuccine alla cetarese, are phenomenal with a hint of fresh lemon. Frying without comparison for freshness. Manual pasta cooking. It goes without saying that the desserts were truly homemade and you could feel all the flavor and authenticity of every single ingredient. Even the coffee was excellent and the bitters, made by them, are extremely refined. All seasoned with friendliness, friendliness, elegance and kindness

These ravioli with white ragù and buffalo ricotta are truly delicate and excellent. The owner was very kind in his ways. Excellent service and value for money. Cozy, well-kept and colorful place. It feels like being at home. Highly recommended!

We are very satisfied with the experiences we had in this place, even more so for the kindness of the service. For Women's Day we had dinner here, with exquisite food and live music. As the saying goes, good fish comes in small packages, and Papilla Felix thus defines itself by the writing on the door, "Little restaurant" but only referring to the size, a single room of around 40 m2, and a few tables, where in a sober and clean environment you can enjoy fantastic local cuisine. For me, two dishes, but what dishes, a fish appetizer with fried food and the chef's delights which didn't seem to end, but which once finished saw me scraping the plate in search of the last crumbs of food to still enjoy the flavours, and a truly amazing fried fish, very good and light and easily digestible fried fish. I only regret not having voted for the desserts as accomplice and having to catch the last bus that was supposed to take me back to the hotel. But if I return to Salerno….I won't miss it
